You Are Invited to Join a People Power for Jesus Movement -- A Mighty Force

SAN CLEMENTE, CA (ANS) -- Dick Innes, Founder and Director of ACTS International, has been publishing the gospel for the last four decades. For the past decade he has specialized in using the electronic media-a communications revolution-to share the gospel with many thousands of people worldwide 24-7-365. In the past year his web ministry has received salvation responses from 128 countries that he is aware of.

Realizing the tremendous potential of people power -- one of the most powerful means to accomplish any cause either for good or evil -- Dick has initiated a People Power for Jesus partnership knowing that "when many people each do a little, great feats for God can be achieved."

As Richard Halverson, who served as the Chaplain to the U.S. Senate from February 2, 1981 until December 31, 1994, pointed out people power is a mighty force! It has the power to close down -- or prosper any enterprise! For example, pornography prevails because enough people want it, buy it, watch it, listen to it, and read it. It is extremely profitable because countless people prosper it!

People Power has also prospered the tobacco industry, the liquor industry, the movie industry, the gambling industry, the abortion industry and endless numbers of other products and causes-some of great value, some of little or no value whatsoever, and some that are destructive of individuals, families, and society.

The People Power principle has the potential for reaching millions of people worldwide with the saving gospel of Jesus Christ. As God's people we have the power to prosper or hinder the reaching of people worldwide with the gospel. This is why Dick believes God has led ACTS International to commence a people power for Jesus movement. From a tiny beginning barely a year ago, already 2,154 folk have made a commitment to be a part of this movement.
